I shall be at the Stills Photo Market on Saturday and Sunday, 7th and 8th of March, from 11 until 6 pm both days. I shall have some prints for sale and it will be an exciting chance to meet fellow exhibitors, and visitors to the show interested in photography and photographic prints. See www.stills.org/events. Stills is Scotland’s centre for photography. The centre holds exhibitions, provides digital and analogue facilities for photographers, and a wide variety of training courses. Stills is based in Cockburn Street in Edinburgh, less than five minutes walk from Edinburgh Waverley railway station.

Silva: a meditation on trees and woodland in eleven photographs
This show was presented at the John Muir Birthplace Trust museum (www.jmbt.org.uk) in Dunbar. It comprised eleven photographs selected from a number I have made of trees in woodland and other settings in recent years. Trees and woods have been a fascination all my life and will continue to feature in my work. I am grateful to East Lothian Council and the John Muir Birthplace Trust for inviting me to make the exhibition and for providing the exhibition space and support.
